Draft Planning Brief for land at Mugiemoss Road, Bucksburn

The BPB plasterboard manufacturing complex in Bucksburn (formerly Davidsons Mill) has now closed and the company is looking to market the 29 hectare site for residential use and associated shops and services together with some limited industrial and commercial development. A draft planning brief has been produced by planning consultants (Andrew McCafferty Associates) in close consultation with Council officers to provide planning and design guidance for the future development of the site. The draft brief was approved to go out to full public consultation by Aberdeen City Council Planning Committee on 15 February 2007.
