Draft Housing Land Audit 2008
Housing Land Audit 2008: Consultative Draft
Each year Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Councils carry out an Audit to determine the extent and status of the housing land supply in the area. We now have a draft Housing Land Audit 2008, and would like to invite you to comment on it as part of an extensive consultation process, which involves a range of stakeholders including housebuilders and a number of statutory agencies.
The consultation period for the draft Audit ends on Friday 30 May 2008. Please ensure that all comments you wish to make are received by that date. Agreed responses to the consultation will be used to make amendments to the draft Audit and a final version will be published later in the year.
The consultation documents consist of the following:
1. Draft 2008 Housing Land Audit - Please note that Aberdeenshire is divided up into the Aberdeen and Rural Housing Market Areas. The Audit is ordered by Parish in Aberdeen City and by settlement in Aberdeenshire.
2. DRAFT Housing Development Schedules 2008 - These provide additional detail on sites in the Audit including planning consents and site maps (draft sites are highlighted in red on the Schedule maps). This document also contains draft summaries of past and anticipated housing completions. Please note this is a large file and may take some time to download. For Aberdeenshire, please click here.
3. Draft 2008 Small Sites Report - Details of completions on small sites (less than 5 units) and their anticipated contribution to the land supply are detailed in this report.
