Burnside Road, Dyce Draft Planning Brief
A planning brief has been prepared on behalf of Aberdeen City Council for the redevelopment of sites at Burnside Road, Dyce. This draft was approved for purposes of public consultation by the Planning Committee on 17 January 2008.
This document is not a planning application. The final brief will however indicate to developers what would be acceptable to the City Council on this site. If you would like to comment on the draft your views will be considered in preparing the final brief and will be reported to the Planning Committee when it is asked to approve the final version.
