Draft Development Framework for Murcar, Bridge of Don
(including Berryhill, Cloverhill and Findlay Farms)
This notice is to advise that a draft development framework has been prepared for the development of land for business, industrial and specialist employment uses at Murcar, Bridge of Don and this is being made available for public consultation.
This document is not a planning application. The final development framework will, however, indicate to developers what would be acceptable to the City Council at this location. If you would like to comment on the draft your views will be considered in preparing the development framework and will be reported to the Planning Committee when it is asked to approve the final version.
The draft development framework may be inspected at the Central Library, Rosemount Viaduct, Bridge of Don Library, Scotstown Road or at the 8th floor reception of the Planning and Infrastructure Service in St Nicholas House, Broad Street, Aberdeen.
