Public Consultation on The Aberdeen Master Planning Process
A draft document called The Aberdeen Master Planning Process has been prepared to help in the planning of any larger developments around Aberdeen City. In particular it seeks to involve local communities in the preparation of urban regeneration schemes and the design of future new communities that may be identified in the Community Plan or the Development Plan. It will also be relevant in the consideration of future developments around the city as opportunities for them arise.
This draft document is being issued for public consultation so that everyone may have the opportunity of reading and commenting on it. Responses are therefore invited from anyone with an interest in land use and planning matters. These may concern the style, format and readability of the document, the master planning process itself, the people who might be involved in the process, or any other matters which may be considered to have been missed out, or to be unnecessary.
