Planning Brief for Macaulay Institute

This planning brief, for the Macaulay Land Use Research Institute's Craigiebuckler site, has been prepared in order to provide an overall development framework to guide and manage the long-term development of the site.

On 17 February 2005, a draft of this brief was approved, for purposes of public consultation, by Aberdeen City Council's Planning Committee.

Whilst this document is not a planning application, its final version will indicate what level of development would be acceptable to the City Council on this site.

All comments received by 8 April 2005 will be considered when preparing the final version of the brief and will be reported to the Planning Committee when it is asked to approve the brief.
