Draft Planning Brief for North Anderson Drive Fire Station

The Fire Board Headquarters and Fire Station on North Anderson Drive have become surplus to requirements. In order to facilitate the disposal of the site, Grampian Fire Board has commissioned consultants to prepare a planning brief to provide guidance for its redevelopment.

On 4 November 2004, a draft of this brief was approved for purposes of public consultation by Aberdeen City Council's Planning Committee.

Whilst this brief is not a planning application, its final version will indicate to developers what would be acceptable to the City Council for this site.

A small, unstaffed exhibition will be on display in the main entrance area of Woodhill House (Aberdeenshire Council's offices) between the hours of 9am and 5pm Mondays to Fridays from 8 November to 3 December. On Saturday 4 December from 11am to 3pm, the exhibition will be staffed in order to respond to questions and queries.
