Draft Planning Brief for Cattofield Depot, Kittybrewster

Draft Planning Brief for Cattofield Depot, Kittybrewster

Cattofield Depot, which includes a decommissioned covered reservoir, has become surplus to the requirements of Scottish Water. In order to facilitate the disposal of the depot, Scottish Water has commissioned consultants to prepare a planning brief to provide guidance for the redevelopment of the site.

On 4 November 2004, a draft of this brief was approved for purposes of public consultation by Aberdeen City Council’s Planning Committee.

Whilst this brief is not a planning application, its final version will indicate to developers what would be acceptable to the City Council for this site.

The draft brief is accessible via the link below and is open for comment.
