Draft Planning Brief for the Balgownie Centre, Ellon Road, Bridge of Don
The Balgownie Centre has become surplus to the requirements of Aberdeen College. In order to facilitate the disposal of the site, Aberdeen College has commissioned consultants to prepare a planning brief to provide guidance for the redevelopment of the site. This brief was approved for the purposes of public consultation, by Aberdeen City Council's Planning Committee on 21 April 2005.This brief is not a planning application, although the finalised brief will indicate to developers what would be acceptable to the City Council on this site. If you would like to comment on the draft brief, your views will be considered in preparing the final brief, and will be reported to the Planning Committee when it is asked to approve the final version.
