Free, impartial and independent advice, information and support is available on all aspects of social security benefits, Revenue and Customs and tax credits benefits, for example:
  • Are you unsure of what you are entitled to?
  • Do you need help claiming?
  • Do you think your benefits or tax credits are wrong?
  • Have you been turned down for a benefit or tax credit you think you are entitled to?
  • Have you been awarded less (or more) benefit or tax credit than you think you are entitled to?
  • Have your circumstances changed? eg. have you gone into or out of a hospital or care home; has your household changed; do you have more savings etc.
We can help to answer any benefits and tax credits questions and problems, query decisions, appeal against decisions on your benefits or tax credits and go with you to the tribunal.
